We offer three different working environments,
take a look which works best for you:
Private Office
Your own private working environment. Our dog friendly offices are unfurnished, therefore totally adjustable to your taste and preferences! Depending on the location, your workspace will be directed either to our green courtyard or the streetside with historical buildings or even an ice skating rink!
Business space sizes range between 12m2 and 120m2 and if we have enough spaces free, you also have the option to take several spaces. Private office prices start with €232,–/month.
Note: a few of our private office spaces are ‘go-through’ spaces: this means that you have your private office you can close but another office has to enter their space via yours. In practice this works out very well, these offices in Vienna are still priced lower!
SHARED Office
You get a fair part of a workspace with your own desk, chair and other things you need. You have your own office space you can lock up but you share it with a few (1-2) others.
We do not like overcrowded spaces, so you’ll get a pretty large part of a shared office. Furthermore you have the same package as the private office: just as many meeting space hours they get. Our shared offices are a great option for people who don’t want to work alone but still want a bit more privacy and space.
FIx desk
You can pick one of our desks in the 165 m² Common/Event Space. The coworking space is bright, an oasis of plants and has some nice furniture pieces that offer a quiet and relaxed atmosphere.
In this shared workspace we never have more than 10 people working so you definitely have enough space. Since you have a Fix Desk you have a permanent spot to work. The personal desk are adjustable, so it is a perfect option for the people who want to stand and work.
Flex desk
With the Flex Desk you can choose a different spot every time in the 165 m² Common/Event Space. You do not have a permanent working spot. Our Flex Desks are a great option for people who need a change of setting to stay creative.

FOYER desk
Our newest form of coworking is here: Our Foyer Desk is the ideal choice for those seeking a budget-friendly place to work in a vibrant environment.
As a member, you can work in our bright, lively 50m² lobby and choose a different working spot each time. In the Foyer, you will meet other members (from our 85 different companies), but there always will be enough space for you.
There is no need to struggle with finding a laptop-friendly cafe, when you can work from our lobby surrounded by plants, designer furniture, and friendly people. We also have free coffee and tea during opening hours.
