The rental of office space is VAT-exempt (§ 6 Abs 1 Z 16 UStG). All other services provided by Paradocks are subject to 20% VAT.
Coworking: day passes and multi-day packages available, no long-term commitment required. Private Offices (Marxergasse): fixed-term contract with no right of early termination. Private Offices (Heumarkt): fixed termination dates apply; 2-month notice period required.

Bank transfer. Payment is due monthly in advance.
No setup fee. Security deposit varies by membership: Coworking from €100, Shared Office €290, Private Office 2 months' rent. All deposits are fully refundable.
